Kenneth graduated from Firelands High School in 1970. He continued his education and graduated Magna cum laude from Ohio University in 1975 and Magna cum laude from Cleveland Marshall Law School in 1998. Kenneth participated in law review as an associate and editor while attending law school. He has also served as a traffic magistrate for the Elyria Municipal Court.

Kenneth is licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio and federal district court in the Northern District of Ohio.
